"Supporting the Deep Breath" — Managing the Trachea with Kidney Qi Support
Friday, March 13, 2026
My dog has a collapsing trachea. She has the dry honking cough. I didn't want to do surgery for her - she's 12. So I tried this remedy first. She was coughing at least 10 times a day, and after this treatment (I give it to her twice a day) she has cut back to 2 coughs a day. We are both sleeping thru the night again.

PawHealer's Response:
We are so glad to see the success you are having with this specific combination! Many pet parents don't realize that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Kidneys play a vital role in respiratory health because they are responsible for "grasping" the air that the Lungs take in.
By combining the Trachea Support: Kidney Not Grasping Qi powder with our Hound Paw Honey®: Trachea Soother Syrup, you are providing both deep internal support and immediate surface comfort. It’s wonderful to see you moving from a "Try-Me" bottle to regular 2-bottle sets—that consistency is exactly what helps maintain a clear, comfortable airway for your pup!
