Here Are the Rules:
- We accept Returns on all items within 30 days from Date of Delivery
- We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (minus shipping)
- There are no hidden fees or restocking fees
- We can only issue refunds for the items returned, you must send back all empty, open and sealed items*.
- A single product can only be returned once per person, per household. Use of a product after stating it is unsatisfactory and attempting to return the product a second time will not be honored.** This allows us to continue to offer this generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns.
- Without a Return Authorization, we cannot refund your purchase.
- Once Return Authorization is issued, your package MUST be received by Pawhealer within 30 days from Date of Delivery)
- Should you wish to return any items, you must contact our office for a Return Authorization number along with return instructions, this will allow us to ensure there will be no delay in issuing your refund.
