New puppy came to us with a touch of kennel cough
Saturday, September 3, 2022
New puppy came to us with a touch of kennel cough; seemed stress of a new family and a long drive with the AC on to keep him cool was enough to have some nasal congestion and chest irritation. We ordered Phlegm Heat and Kennel Cough Attack, at the behest of other bulldog stewards, immediately. Yes, both products were recommended to have on hand for not just our puppy but also our established dogs, who could contract kennel cough. We gave Kennel Cough Attack to avoid any of the symptoms going into the lungs as well as fever to the puppy. Within three days he was cleared up and bouncing around like a puppy. He enjoyed it too! 10 weeks old learned to sit and accept a syringe of this healing nectar. Now hears the bottle shaking and runs up to get his “numnums”, after the sound he makes licking his flews clean. We have since ordered a couple other products to help our other dogs since Kennel Cough Attack worked so well. Phlegm Heat was also a buffer for the older dogs during this time. They are seniors and we did not want to take a chance with their health. Both of them loved the Phlegm Heat syrup and also looked forward to getting their doses. Something we now know we should have had in our pup/dog ER kit. Highly recommend to those of you with youngsters not fully vaccinated, those who regularly have your vaccinated dogs around other dogs or if you frequent dog parks/pet stores/groomers. Dogs/puppies start sniffling and coughing give them this and call your veterinarian.
