About six years ago, I adopted Riley from my grandmother. She had asked me years ago if I would care for him if she could no longer. I was honored that she chose me. I have always loved dogs. In the last year, I noticed that Riley would have cough fits when excited. I took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with a heart murmur and collapsing trachea. Further research of mine showed that from being part yorkie, he was at risk for the trachea issue. I found your site from a friend. After about a year on the herbal supplements I've noticed a change in Riley. He rarely has his coughing fits and has so much more energy. He is now 14. I know I am on limited time with my fur buddy but I want him to have the best life in his golden years.
