Pet Mind Over Bladder Formula Is A Hugely Effective Formula!

Welcome to PawHealer.com,  a place where we help you  understand your dog's incontinence from a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal perspective. Since our site sells classical Chinese herbal remedies, we thought you would like to read about the theory behind our various  herbal formulas, all of  which are all based on classical Chinese herbal theory which has been around for a couple thousand  years.

The great thing about Traditional Chinese medicine and the herbs we use is that we have the ability to make formulas that is based on the individual dog. This is the right way to use Chinese herbals...because off the shelf pre made products will not be half as effective as compared to a formula that is selected just for your dog and based on a presentation that is specific to a particular Traditional Chinese Medicine pattern.

For your review we have listed below the different TCM patterns that may result in a dog loosing control of the bladder:
  • Kidney Deficiency: Weak Kidney Yang or Qi which may develop from a constitutional deficiency, or may be the result of age or chronic disease. This is the most common pattern of deficiency and we use the Pet Mind Over Bladder formula to astringe the urine.
  • Damp-Heat: Acute incontinence is usually due to a  Damp Heat pathogen that invades the bladder ( a germ). More commonly we see chronic Damp Heat due to dietary taxation. Furthermore Damp Heat in the bladder can come from any prolonged Heat in the body.  Heat sources  such as Yin deficiency, Qi stagnation or prolonged stagnation of Dampness. This Damp Heat irritates the Bladder,  leading to frequency and in severe cases it will lead to incontinence.
  • Liver Qi Stagnation: We see this more as a human pattern, but occasionally seen in dogs as well. This is incontinence or urine leakage brought on by some emotional response. We also see this pattern after dogs have been neutered because the Liver channel passes through the lower burner (genitals) and it can affect bladder Qi.
  • Spleen Qi Deficiency: If the Spleen (digestion) is weak, fluid metabolism becomes disrupted and  fluids,  rather then being transformed and sent throughout the body, otherwise sink to the lower burner and accumulate in the bladder and cause frequent urination or incontinence.

Now that you know the various Chinese medicine patterns that may the cause of your dog's incontinence (same for people by the way) go ahead and just buy our formula, you don't need to be concerned with which pattern to chose because we do all of that.. At the time of check out we ask you to fill out the herbal profile. This profile gives us all the information we need to make an herbal remedy that will best work for your canine.
